Today, I had the delightful opportunity to visit Rusty’s Car and Movie Museum in Jackson, Tennessee. This charming museum is a true haven for car enthusiasts and film lovers alike, showcasing a fantastic collection of classic automobiles and iconic movie memorabilia.

As I arrived at Rusty’s, I was immediately struck by the colorful array of Cartoon cars displayed outside. The inviting atmosphere set the stage for an exciting adventure into the world of automobiles and cinema.

The exterior of the building didn’t make it obvious that this was a movie car museum. We had to look for the delorian from back to the future hovering over the roof. The entrance fee was $10 and although it allowed for as much time in the museum as you wanted, we tried to keep moving due to lack of air and ventilation needed for the condition of the cars. Luckily I had my trusty personal fan on me to keep cool. I never leave home in the summer without it.

One standout  for me was the Tardis from Dr. Who. It felt like an odd place to have such a thing. The sign in front of it mentioned that it was from the show. I also spotted the car from the Harry Potter Movies. My sister would’ve liked that. The attention to detail in the restoration of these cars was truly remarkable!

As I continued my exploration, I discovered an extensive array of movie memorabilia that celebrated Hollywood’s rich history. From costumes worn by famous actors to props from beloved films, every exhibit was a delightful trip down memory lane.

One of my favorite sections featured cars from iconic movies like "The Fast and the Furious" and "Ghostbusters." Seeing these famous vehicles up close was exhilarating, and I couldn’t help but imagine the thrilling scenes they were part of on the big screen.

As my day at Rusty’s Car and Movie Museum came to an end, I felt a deep appreciation for the artistry behind both cars and films. This museum is not just about showcasing vehicles; it’s about celebrating the passion that drives both industries.
